Since 2017, we have been a cornerstone of support across Peel Region, Halton Region, and Waterloo / Kitchener Region. Recognised as a leading Community Services Centre in Brampton and neighbouring communities, we deliver accessible, high-impact programmes designed to foster stability, independence, and sustainable success.
We operate across Peel Region covering Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga; Halton Region including Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Halton Hills; and the broader Waterloo and Kitchener areas. In all regions we serve, our commitment is unwavering: to open pathways, build resilience, and uplift communities through impactful assistance.
Mission Statement

Integrated Community Services Centre
W.A.Y. operates as a fully integrated community service organisation offering programmes tailored to diverse community needs. Whether supporting immigrants adjusting to a new environment, young people identifying career goals, or families confronting housing concerns, we offer unified and comprehensive care.
Through our role as a Community Services Centre in Caledon, Community Services Centre in Mississauga, Community Services Centre in Oakville, Community Services Centre in Burlington, and Community Services Centre in Halton Hills, we ensure reliable access to quality programmes across communities. By linking housing services, employment preparation, newcomer assistance, and health referrals, our integrated model creates a unified pathway to long-term stability.
Newcomer and Immigrant Support
Supporting newcomers throughout every region we serve remains at the heart of our mission. As a dedicated newcomer centre operating as a centre for immigrant and community services, we understand the complexities individuals face when settling into a new country.
We provide language support, cultural orientation, settlement guidance, and assistance navigating essential services. Our goal is to ensure newcomers transition smoothly, integrate confidently, and establish strong foundations for long-term success. By combining individualised case management with strong community partnerships, we provide focused direction and renewed confidence.
Career Development and Skills Training
Long-term career success starts with self-belief, structured training, and access to opportunity. Our employment counselling services help individuals identify strengths, clarify career goals, and develop professional skills aligned with labour market needs.
We support clients through workforce readiness training, life skills development, interview preparation, and career mentorship. Through direct links to employment prospects and structured skill development, we foster sustainable financial independence. Our youth-focused initiatives nurture leadership qualities, adaptability, and effective workplace communication. Our career development services prioritise measurable impact and long-term success throughout our service areas.
Housing and Shelter Services

Working in partnership with regional stakeholders, we enhance housing accessibility and address obstacles faced by vulnerable households. By combining case support, goal setting, and practical housing solutions, we help clients move from crisis to stability. We acknowledge that housing stability is closely linked to employment prospects, health outcomes, and social inclusion.
Community Health and Well-being
Health and well-being support are fundamental to sustained community resilience. We facilitate connections to healthcare providers, preventive services, and mental wellness support networks.
We Community Services Centre in Halton Hills deliver educational workshops centred on mental health awareness, proactive care, and positive social engagement. By combining referrals, structured workshops, and collaborative partnerships, we strengthen overall well-being. We align wellness initiatives with broader objectives including employment success and housing security.
Community Impact Across Multiple Regions
Our organisation’s impact remains tangible and steadily increasing. To date, we have mentored and trained over 500 individuals, facilitated new small business launches, and expanded regional partnerships.
